To think that we call ourselves developed.

How can anyone be ineligible for health insurance? When did health care (I won’t even quibble about the quality of said care) become a privilege? Probably around the same time that driving became a right; you know that if someone were trying to take his car away there’d be a dozen consumer groups threatening lawsuits. How the hell can people think we provide a good example to the rest of the world?

Crappy news day has me extra jaded.
