Groundhog Day

February 2, 2007 § Leave a comment

Cute little devils, with the chubby cheeks and skeptical looks. Lots of stuff on 2/2, actually, but I see one big omission in the birthdays list…

My Mom doesn’t often fall back on the “28 hours in labor” bit (no, there are more effective routines she can use), and even when she does she usually goes by the number of hours rather than the fact that those 28 hours spanned three days. That might change soon, though. On Wednesday afternoon she came down with a fever and a sore tummy. It came in waves all through Thursday, which she spent mostly in bed, and broke during the night so she was fine when she woke up this morning.

Deja vu.
